The Como Bowling & Recreation Club has a number of membership categories to suit all types of members from social through to full pennant playing. Our membership fees as well as the New Membership Form is available on our web site below. Click on the links below to obtain the forms.
Como Bowling Club Membership Categories & Entitlements
2022-2023
Junior Member: (Annual Fee $10.00)
Purpose: – To encourage young people (13 – 18 years) to learn & play bowls
Entitlements: Use of Greens for practice.
No voting rights.
Social Member: (Annual Fee $20.00).
Purpose – To socialise at club functions with bar use.
Entitlements: Use of bar. Limited use of greens at discretion of Executive.
No voting rights.
Associate Member: (Annual Fee $130.00).
Entitlements: Use of bar, use of greens for practice, club organised social games,
Excludes pennants or championships.
No voting rights.
Pensioner Member: (Annual Fee $200).
Entitlements: Full Privileges but shall have Pension Card (Seniors Card not acceptable)
Voting rights.
Full Member Playing : (Annual Fee $250.00)
Full Privileges, affiliated with Bowls WA, Club Championships and full voting rights.
Full Member Non Playing : (Annual Fee $180.00)
Entitlements: Part Privileges, Voting rights, excludes pennants and Championships, but chooses to play socially only.
Life Member: (Voluntary Contribution)
Entitlements: Full Privileges
Voting rights.
Country Member: (Annual Fee $120.00).
Entitlements: Use of bar, use of greens for practice, club organised social games, plus Thursday Pennants. Excludes Saturday pennants and championships.
No voting rights.
Dual Member: (Annual Fee $50.00) means a full member of another Club and that club is affiliated with Bowls W.A.
No voting rights
Corporate, Non Member, Visitors & Social Members
Bowling fee of $10.00/head
No voting rights.
Visitors from affiliated Clubs
No charge for use of Greens for practice. Competition fee payable as appropriate.
No voting rights.
Membership Amendments:
- No discount for first year members
- No Refund on paid memberships
- Any transfer fees shall be paid by the player directly to the third party.
Como Bowling & Recreation Club reserve the right to change
or amend above without notice.
