ABOUT US

In 2021, we started a Women’s Team again after about 40+ years. In 2022, the Women’s Team won their division and was promoted from Division 4 to Division 3. In 2024-2025, we added a second women’s division and had Division 3 and Division 4 teams. That year, Division 4 won their division and Division 3 came in second and both teams were promoted. In 2025-2026, Division 3 Women/Open Gender won the division and the Pennant bringing the flag back to Como for the first time in a longtime.

We have 3 open gender teams on Thursdays and Saturdays. We also have a women’s team on Saturdays. We offer coaching to new bowlers. We are interested in growing our bowling program and continuing to climb the ladders!

We are a lawn bowls club that is social. We are a social club that plays lawn bowls. Our Club is growing and our lawn bowls are improving. Last pennant season 2024-2025 we had 5 teams that were promoted. But as competitive as we are playing pennants, we still like to share a drink, have a laugh and enjoy each other’s company. We pride ourselves on being a true Community Club, a place people want to come to on the weekends or in the evenings to just catch up with friends. And with the addition of our new synthetic green and the upgrades we are raising funds for to the interior and exterior of the Clubhouse, we have a very inviting atmosphere. Bring your friends, bring your kids. Just stop by and enjoy!
