2025 AGM – Photos
We hold our annual general meeting in May each year. All members are invited to attend though only full members (playing and non-playing) have voting rights. The general meeting is a time for the Executive to report on the prior Club year, including a review of financials. Elections take place for all executive offices whose terms are up. New committee members are appointed. Any changes to the Club by-laws or constitution are also voted on.
